Kangyatse

Kangyatse II is shorter than its other twin Kangyatse I. It is located in Hemis National Park, where the aesthetic beauty stands along the landscape. Kang Yatse II sits at a height of 6,250 meters and Kangyatse I is located at an height of 6,400 meters. It is amusing to learn that Kangyatse is one of the highest trekking peaks in Ladakh.

And then you will catch the glimpses of settlements adorned across arid landscape. It will offer you an insight into the way locals live and the culture they carry with them.There are presence of mani walls, stupas and other signs and symbols of the faith preached by its people. On the top of that, prayer flags are the most attractive character among them all.


When we climb to Kongmaru La pass, we will finally embrace the opportunity to view the amusing Kangyatse I and Kangyatse II. If you are still undecided, perhaps adventure has not known a home in you.
